The Wendorff Bros. acquired Capitol Stampings Corp. in October of 2005 and placed it under the management of a new president, Gary Wenzel. At that time, Capitol was known primarily as a manufacturer of a broad line of pulleys and related products for the lawn and garden industries. These products and technologies continue as a main thrust for Capitol Stampings Corp. Capitol’s new management team visualizes more capabilities within the company through customization of products and the addition of value-added steps in manufacturing. Capitol’s management philosophy for accomplishing this vision is centered on partnering with our customers in providing product solutions.
